How Selling Works on Green Eco Baby:
- Select Your Items to Send: Select the items of your children's clothing that you would like to send to us. We accept items from three different categories, based on their state of wear.
- Green (Perfect): Clothes as good as new, with no defects.
- Yellow (Subtle Defects) : Clothes in very good condition with some light signs of wear, such as small marks on zippers and buttons, pilling in the fabric, or small, barely visible stains.
- Red (Visibly Used) : Clothes with obvious signs of use, such as small stains or damaged or repaired parts that do not compromise their use, perfect for wearing around the house and playing in the garden.
- Calculate the Value of your Voucher : Use our interactive calculator to estimate the value of the gift voucher you could get. Enter the number of items for each category and immediately discover the indicative value of your voucher.
- Contact us through the appropriate section making sure to fill in all the required data correctly, we will reply to the email provided as soon as possible, and, if everything is ok we will provide you with the label to apply on the package and the shipping instructions.
- Send Your Dresses and Receive Your Voucher: After using the calculator, send us the dresses. Once we receive your shipment, our team will check the status of the items and send you the final gift voucher to use in our store.
