Temporary Suspension of Withdrawals

Dear GreenEcoBaby customers,

Thank you so much for your incredible participation in our recycling and reuse program! Your desire to give your children's clothes a second life has exceeded our expectations.

Due to the high number of items received in recent weeks, we are forced to temporarily suspend collections. This pause will allow us to regenerate and publish all the goods currently in the process of being processed, always ensuring the highest quality and attention you deserve.

Don't worry! The suspension is only temporary: we will resume operations soon and will inform you promptly as soon as the collections are available again.

Important news about gift vouchers:

Starting from the resumption of collections, gift vouchers will no longer be cumulative. Each shipment we receive will be associated with a separate voucher, to be used individually for your purchases of refurbished items.
